RETURN POLICY
Jewels are accepted for credit in Australia if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.
Please email info@kdor.com.au for instructions on returning your purchase via mail. You may also return your item at any of our boutiques in Australia. To locate the store, click here.
You will be issued with a merchandise credit note once your returned purchase has been received and processed.
Cash or payment refunds are not available, therefore chose wisely.
